Leonard “Len” Bailes started his real estate career more than 40 years ago. Len established Bailes & Associates, Inc. in 1981, as a boutique tenant representation firm. He has devoted his career to building a reputation as a knowledgeable, strong negotiator and has been instrumental in consummating over $500,000,000 in real estate transactions across the country.
Prior to founding Bailes & Associates, Len was a co-branch manager and top producer at Studley in Los Angeles for 10 years. Studley was the first commercial real estate services firm to pioneer the conflict-free business model of representing only tenants in their commercial real estate transactions.
Len has always led Bailes & Associates on its path as an independent tenant representative for commercial real estate and for 32 years has stayed true to his vision.

Monique Lacey is a Senior Vice President with Bailes & Associates, Inc. Monique has been with Bailes since 1992; she has worked in the real estate industry for over thirty-seven years. With a diverse background in commercial real estate, Monique understands the business from sales to leasing and property management. She has represented clients such as Alternative Resolution Centers, 1-800-Dentist, Drake Beam Morin, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., California Commerce Bank, Worldlink, Allied Universal and a myriad of law and professional firms.
Before joining Bailes & Associates, Monique was a top producer with the Los Angeles office of Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu (“KFFB”), an international real estate brokerage firm in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to KFFB she was with Los Angeles Realty Services, Inc. in Beverly Hills representing both landlords and tenants. Monique started her real estate career in the property management side of the business. She was with both Cabot, Cabot & Forbes at The International Jewelry Center in Downtown Los Angeles and 330 North Brand in Glendale and then moved to Maguire Thomas Partners to the three million square foot Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles.
Monique is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California. She lives in Playa del Rey with her husband and has two wonderful children who are both attending college. Monique enjoys the beach and the mountains and really appreciates quiet time. Monique has chaired several charitable fundraisers and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for worthy causes.

Gary A. Pepp joined Bailes & Associates, Inc in November 2008 to work in the commercial real estate field specializing in tenant representation with his emphasis on the medical profession’s real estate needs. His success in representing physicians and dentists lead him to be the only Tenant Representative representing all of CAP, (Cooperative of American Physicians). CAP was founded in 1977 and has approximately 14,000 physicians throughout the State of California.
Prior to joining Bailes & Associates, Gary was President/Owner of Preferred Real Estate Finance. This company was a mortgage brokerage firm for commercial and residential properties for 25 years. This move into the real estate field was due to his 10 years working with Xerox Federal Credit Union and then as General Manager of Hughes Helicopter Federal Credit Union.
Gary attended Kent State University in Ohio and graduated from Long Beach State. Accounting was his major. As a licensed real estate professional, Gary is committed to continuing education. He is a Navy veteran serving three tours of Viet Nam duty attached to a Navy fighter jet squadron. His quality control duties with the squadron’s aviation ordnance systems and weapons enabled him to be the recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal for Meritorious Achievement.
Gary is married to a retired commercial leasing broker and is celebrating their 46 years of marriage. They are proud parents of a daughter, grandparents, and now great grandparents of 4 young ones. Gary embraces his time with his family.

Flintie Ray Williams joined Bailes & Associates, Inc. in 2016 after a successful career in the Las Vegas hospitality business. He focuses on representing buyers of investment property. Flintie formerly held senior leadership positions with Wynn Resorts and the Mirage Resorts. A native of Los Angeles, Flintie attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. An outstanding leader he was captain of the UNLV basketball team and drafted by the Detroit Pistons.
Flintie is active with many civic and community groups. In his spare time he enjoys coaching and mentoring young students.

Jim Woodward has developed expertise in a wide variety of areas in commercial and residential real estate. These areas include appraising, analyzing, financing and selling properties of all types. He started with selling single family residences and moving into commercial real estate specializing in multifamily, office and industrial properties.

Nancy joined Bailes & Associates, Inc. in 1985 as part of the Los Angeles office team. Several key job tasks she performs include: accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll for both the Los Angeles and Irvine offices.
Nancy has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 28 years, previously working for Studley where she met the then young and aspiring broker Len Bailes. Nancy has assisted Len with building Bailes from the ground up and is an integral member of the Bailes team. Her extensive experience along with her distinct attention to detail, exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and accounting abilities make her the backbone of the Bailes team. In her spare time Nancy enjoys traveling, watching sports, cooking, listening to music and going to the theater.
