Catlin Insurance Expands in New York

Bailes & Associates, Inc. announces the recent expansion of Catlin Insurance Company’s New York office located at 32 Old Slip in lower Manhattan. The 12,235 SF expansion completed in November 2013 followed an earlier 11,927 SF expansion in Q4 2012 and the original 24,404 SF lease in 2011. Mark Coffey of Bailes & Associates, Inc. negotiated the transaction and related projects which included a sublease of the former office space at 140 Broadway and securing the abatement of New York City commercial rent tax.
