Catlin Insurance Expands and Renews Atlanta, GA Headquarters

Bailes & Associates, Inc. announces the expansion and long term lease extension of the Catlin Insurance Co. U.S. headquarters facility located at 3340 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA. Mark Coffey of Bailes & Associates, Inc. negotiated the 19,109 SF expansion and early renewal of their 39,058 SF headquarters lease. The multi-floor project completed in November 2013 provides for extensive landlord funded tenant improvements and future expansion options while reducing current rent.
