International Fidelity Insurance Company signs new lease in Anaheim

Mark Coffey and Rob Rowan of Bailes & Associates represented International Fidelity Insurance Company (IFIC) for 8,100 SF on a long term lease at 2400 E. Katella Avenue in Anaheim. The property known as Stadium Towers Plaza is a Class A office building near Angels Stadium and the newly constructed ARTIC Metrolink/Amtrak station. IFIC will be relocating and consolidating from offices in Irvine and Santa Monica October 1st.

Founded in 1904, IFIC is the largest independent, privately owned surety company in the industry and headquartered in Newark, NJ.

Eidos Energy and EPH Technologies Sign New Leases

Rob Rowan and Mark Coffey of Bailes & Associates, Inc. complete new leases in Orange County for Eidos Energy and EPH Technologies.

Eidos Energy, an oil and natural gas investor and exploration company with fields in Louisiana, is listed on the KOSDAQ (Korean electronic stock exchange, similar to the the US NASDAQ). Eidos relocated from Irvine Towers to the Tustin Financial Center at 17861 E. 17th Street in June.

EPH Technologies, an early stage biotechnology company, established a new office at 1601 Dove Street in Newport Beach in May.

Dr. Archna Chaudhary Signs Two New Leases

Gary Pepp, Senior Vice President, of Bailes and Associates, Inc. recently completed the relocation of Dr. Archna Chaudhary to an upgraded office/medical building at 4401 Atlantic Blvd. in Long Beach, CA. Gary negotiated a five year, full service gross, lease at below market rents. Included was a total “turnkey” medical office build out that included 4 exam rooms and an ADA bathroom.
