Totaling approximately 4,000 SF, the property was acquired through a creative lease-to-purchase arrangement. The team identified the property in early December, 2015 and negotiated the deal with a short-term lease that allowed UFC to move in December 27, 2015 just prior to the client’s lease expiration.
