A large credit union was having difficulty in finding the right location for their insurance subsidiary. They needed ‘turn -key’ site for the 48+ employees.

Bailes & Associates, Inc. negotiated a 10 year full service gross lease with free rent and a “Right to Cancel”. We negotiated a turn-key build-out which included Cat 6E cabling, its installation and connection, free assigned parking in the parking garage and top of the building signage.
Although the client could not sign an exclusive contract, they were pleased with the results achieved by Bailes & Associates, Inc.
