Landlord provided “Turn Key” tenant improvements and gave the Tenant a parking concession. Bailes & Associates, Inc. also negotiated top of building signage and a cap on controllable expense. Prop 13 was negotiated as well.
The medical management company has a better lease, more amenities and lower costs. The client gave Bailes & Associates, Inc. a signed contract to represent their 55+ client/doctors as their Tenant Consultant.
